Chocolate Chip Samurai Bread

Directions:

After the dough for your Samurai Bread has risen the first time, gently fold in 1 cup of your favorite chocolate chips into the dough. Don’t over-mix!  Lay out the sticky dough as always into the greased pans and let the dough rise as usual, for the second 10-15 minutes.

Put the risen bread into your cold oven as you usually do for the regular version of Samurai Bread and turn the oven to bake at 350 degrees. Baking time will be about the same: 50-60 minutes. Remember that if you check the bread for slipping out of the pans and they seem to stick, leave them in a few more minutes so there is less moisture and they won't grab the pan as much.

Definitely try a hot end piece with the melting chocolate!
